Guided Onboarding

DialogGPT is now the default orchestration mode for AI for Service app creation. This reduces configuration effort and improves conversational accuracy for new AI Agents. App creation automatically enables the required XO GPT models for DialogGPT. You can view the DialogGPT configuration after creating your app.

After signing up, users are guided through the following onboarding process to create their app.

  1. After logging in to the platform, click New App on the app listing page.

  2. Select the type of app you want to create. The available apps are AI Agents (Automation AI), Contact Center AI, Search AI, and Agent AI.

  3. Enter your App's Name and provide a brief Description of what it does. Select the Language and App Icon from the dropdown.

  4. Click Proceed.

  5. The confirmation pop-up is displayed. You can choose to review the DialogGPT configuration or proceed to create dialogs.
