Scheduled Agents

The Schedule Agents feature enables you to automate agent execution at predefined intervals. You can configure schedulers to run agents automatically without manual intervention, streamlining recurring tasks and workflows.

Configuration for End Users

Access from Agents and Flows: Navigate to the Agents and Flows section to view all available agents. Each agent provides access to the scheduler configuration through its settings.

Configure Individual Agent Settings

Open an individual agent to access its dedicated scheduler settings. The agent settings panel displays scheduler configuration options specific to that agent. Marketplace

Manage Scheduled Trigger

You can enable or disable using the toggle, to schedule, click the edit button, which will take you to the agent’s scheduling details open, allowing the user to change:

  1. Allow Schedule Trigger for Agent: Enable or disable the ability to schedule this agent.
  2. Default Schedule: Update the frequency and timing (Once, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Custom, or Cron).
  3. Instructions to Agent: Edit what the agent should execute when the schedule runs.
  4. Behavior: Configure notification to control how the system communicates with users about scheduled executions. Marketplace

Consolidated Scheduler Management

The platform provides a centralized view for managing all schedulers across your agents and workflows. Navigate to the Scheduler Agents section to view, edit, and monitor all configured schedulers in one location. Marketplace

This consolidated view allows you to:

  • Review all active and inactive schedulers.
  • Modify scheduler configurations.
  • Monitor scheduler execution history.
  • Manage multiple schedulers efficiently.

View and Modify Existing Schedules

To update an agent's schedule configuration:

  1. Select the agent from the Schedule Agents list.
  2. The agent's scheduling details panel opens. Marketplace

  3. Modify any of the following settings:

    • Schedule trigger status (enable/disable)
    • Schedule frequency and timing
    • Agent instructions
    • Notification preferences
  4. Save your changes.
