Admin Console Overview

The Admin Console of AI for Work is a centralized management interface for administrators to configure, monitor, and manage system settings, including:

  • Dashboard
  • Assist Configuration
  • User Management
  • AI Search
  • Pre Built Solutions
  • AI Agents
  • Security

Prerequisites

To sign up for an Admin account, you must meet the following requirements:

  • A valid email address.
  • A validated Kore.ai user account.
  • Authorization to control the Admin account.

Access Admin Console

To access the Admin Console on AI for Work, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to AI for Work using your credentials.

  2. Click Admin Console under your user account menu.

  3. The system redirects to the Dashboard page under the Admin Console.
