Accessing Workflow Monitor

Steps to access the workflow monitor page:

  1. Log in to your AI for Process account.

  2. On the Workflows page, click the desired workflow.

    Ensure that the status of the selected workflow is deployed. Workflow monitoring is only available for workflow deployed in production. Workflows that are in debugging or design phases aren't tracked here.

  3. In the left navigation pane, click Workflow runs. The Workflow monitor page is displayed.

  4. Click one of the following tabs to see the data for the deployed workflows:

    • All runs
    • Model runs

  5. Click each row for detailed information on each workflow run or model run. A detailed view panel opens on the right.
